A clear framework for using the website and discussing B2B quotations, samples, customization and production orders.
01 / Terms & Conditions

Website purpose and scope

This site introduces STAR KING product categories, engineering discussion routes, manufacturing topics and buyer resources. It is intended for businesses evaluating smart wearable and AI hardware procurement. Product pages, examples and guides support a sourcing conversation; they are not a signed purchase contract, a binding offer or confirmation that every described option is available on every model. The seller’s legal identity, the parties and the final scope must be established in the written transaction documents.

02 / Terms & Conditions

Quotation and order acceptance

An RFQ is a request for discussion or quotation. Preparing an email draft, requesting a sample or viewing a product does not place an order or reserve production capacity. A quotation should identify the model, configuration, quantity, validity period, currency, pricing assumptions and included services. The parties should confirm how an order is accepted and which documents make up the agreement. If a quotation expires or requirements change, request an updated written offer before proceeding.

03 / Terms & Conditions

Product specifications and sample approval

Confirm the device configuration, materials, finish, accessories, packaging and software version for the actual order. Images may represent a product family, a project illustration or a configuration example. Validate relevant functions on samples and record acceptance criteria. An approved golden sample, specification and revision record help distinguish the ordered product from a general catalog description. Any performance or suitability requirement should be expressly stated and evaluated under the agreed test conditions.

04 / Terms & Conditions

Pricing, payment and development charges

Unit prices can depend on order volume, component selection, branding and packaging. Samples, tooling, non-recurring engineering, software work, testing, freight and ongoing service costs may be separate line items. Payment milestones, deposits, currencies, taxes and banking arrangements must be agreed in writing. This page does not set a universal deposit percentage or payment schedule. Verify any changed payment instructions using an established contact channel before transferring funds.

05 / Terms & Conditions

OEM/ODM scope and change control

A custom project should identify hardware, mechanical design, firmware, app, SDK/API and cloud-service responsibilities separately. State deliverables, review milestones, third-party dependencies and acceptance methods. Changes to a frozen specification can affect cost, timing, tooling or testing. Record the requested change, obtain its impact assessment and approve the revised scope before implementation. Ownership of background technology and newly created work must be addressed in the project agreement rather than assumed from the phrase OEM or ODM.

06 / Terms & Conditions

Testing, documentation and intended use

Request current documents for the actual model, revision, manufacturing scope and destination. A management-system certificate is different from a product test report or market authorization. The availability of a document for one model does not establish coverage for all variants. For health-related devices, distinguish consumer wellness use from any intended clinical use and require relevant device-specific evidence. The buyer and supplier should allocate testing, labeling, registration and importer responsibilities in the transaction documents.

07 / Terms & Conditions

Delivery, shipment and receiving

The agreement should name the delivery location, shipment mode, delivery rule and version where used, freight responsibility and insurance scope. A production estimate is not automatically a guaranteed arrival date. Artwork approvals, parts availability, testing and logistics can affect the schedule. Review the Shipping & Delivery page and place order-specific deadlines, shipment documents and receiving procedures in the written agreement. Clarify responsibility for import clearance and destination charges before the order is released.

08 / Terms & Conditions

Returns, warranty and software services

Warranty periods, exclusions, repair or replacement routes and freight responsibility depend on the ordered model and written terms. Custom-branded or engineered goods do not have an automatic website-wide cancellation or return entitlement. Discuss defective-product handling separately from commercial returns. For connected products, confirm app ownership, recurring charges, account requirements, update scope and service continuity. The Warranty & After-Sales page explains the information needed for a support review.

09 / Terms & Conditions

Responsible use and third-party content

Use the site for lawful business research and inquiries. Do not attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, impersonate another business or send files you are not entitled to disclose. External links, email software and messaging services are governed by their own terms. Unless expressly stated in an agreement, a guide, third-party link or supplied illustration is not a warranty, endorsement or authorization to use someone else’s brand, patented technology or protected content.

10 / Terms & Conditions

Contract precedence and disputes

A signed agreement and accepted order documents govern the transaction within their scope. If a general website statement conflicts with a specific agreed term, the order documents should define precedence. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply. Governing law, dispute forum, liability allocation and any limitations must be agreed by the actual parties; this page does not invent a jurisdiction or waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Raise discrepancies promptly with the sales contact and keep the quotation, approvals and correspondence.

Common questions

Is an RFQ a confirmed order?

No. A quotation discussion must be followed by the agreed written order-acceptance process.

Can a product specification change after sample approval?

Any proposed change should be documented, assessed for cost, timing and testing impact, and approved under the project’s change-control process.

Which terms apply to my purchase?

The accepted quotation, purchase order and signed agreements should identify the parties, scope and document precedence. General website information does not replace those terms.
