Scope and business contact
This notice describes the information flow of this STAR KING website and the business communications you choose to initiate from it. STAR KING is the brand presented on this site. The legal contracting company for a purchase or development project must be identified in the quotation or signed agreement. For privacy questions relating to an inquiry, contact sales@starkingsmartring.com and identify the message or project concerned. Hosting-account and access questions should also be directed to the site owner.
Information in an inquiry
Inquiry forms collect business contact details, product requirements and the order or project information needed for your request. When the four Gravity Forms inquiry forms are enabled, submitting them stores an entry in the WordPress database and sends a sales notification and a submission memo to the email address you provide. This does not subscribe you to marketing or create a customer account. Other pages may retain the local email-draft tool; those tools require you to send the prepared message yourself.
What the form actually does
Gravity Forms submissions are processed by the website and its configured email delivery service. Sales receives your inquiry details, and your submission memo is sent to your entered business email. Authorized website staff can review entries in the WordPress administration area. The supplied forms disable collection of the visitor IP address through the form settings, while hosting security logs and other active services may still record request information. Entry retention is controlled by the site operator and configured in Gravity Forms. On pages using the separate Prepare inquiry tool, the draft remains in browser session storage until you choose to send an email or download the brief.
Business purposes and processing context
Information you voluntarily send can be used to understand requirements, discuss product suitability, arrange samples or visits, prepare quotations and coordinate a project or after-sales request. A transaction may require additional order, billing or shipment details. Where data-protection law applies, the appropriate legal basis must match the actual purpose and circumstances, such as steps requested before a contract, contractual performance, a relevant legal obligation or a legitimate business purpose. Consent for a separate optional purpose must not be inferred from preparing an RFQ.
Browser data and third-party services
The hosting platform may process request information such as IP address, browser details and security or access events under its own operational policies. This version loads typography from Google Fonts, which causes a request to that service. Selected images are served as local website assets. Email applications and WhatsApp are separate services; their terms, account settings and data practices apply when you use them. The redesigned page templates add no advertising pixel or analytics tracker. Existing WordPress plugins and integrations may process additional data; their active configuration and notices must be reviewed by the site operator.
Recipients and international communications
Before sending an email or project file, check the address, copied recipients and any attached material. Business discussions may involve an agreed technical contact, a manufacturing or testing partner, a courier or a service provider depending on the project. The scope of any onward disclosure should be confirmed before confidential material is shared. Hosting, email and messaging providers may process information in more than one country. Ask the team about the intended recipients and transfer arrangements where these matter to your procurement or privacy review.
Retention and removing a draft
Use Clear draft on an inquiry page to remove the saved RFQ draft from session storage. Browser session behavior can vary, including when a closed tab is restored, so do not rely only on closing a tab on a shared device. Downloaded briefs remain on your device until you delete them; email drafts remain under your mail application’s controls. For an inquiry that you actually send, retention should be assessed against the active discussion, contractual and accounting needs, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Ask the recipient for the retention arrangements relevant to your message.
Access, correction and other requests
Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. A right is not necessarily absolute; a contract, legal obligation or third party’s rights may affect the response. Send a clear request identifying the information concerned and a way to contact you. Proportionate identity verification may be needed before information is disclosed or changed. Where applicable, you may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.
Sensitive information and safer sharing
Do not enter passwords, payment-card numbers, patient records, unnecessary identity documents or confidential source code into a general RFQ. For health-related projects, use a business-level description of the intended use rather than identifiable patient data. Establish an NDA and an agreed file-transfer route before sharing controlled drawings, BOMs or technical datasets. Check your email recipients and avoid public links that provide unrestricted access to project files. No internet or email transmission can be described as completely risk-free.
Updates and related policies
This notice describes the enabled inquiry collection and the optional local draft tool. The site operator must keep the notice consistent with actual Gravity Forms, SMTP, analytics and other plugin settings. Review the Cookie Policy for local storage and service requests, and NDA / Confidentiality for sensitive business information. The website is intended for business procurement and is not designed to collect patient records or children’s information.
Common questions
Does clicking Prepare inquiry send my information?
No. It prepares a message and saves a browser-session draft. You must send the email yourself in your email application.
How do I remove my saved RFQ?
Use Clear draft on the inquiry page. Delete any downloaded brief or mail-app draft separately if you no longer need it.
Can I request correction or deletion of an emailed inquiry?
Contact the recipient at sales@starkingsmartring.com with enough detail to identify your message. The response depends on applicable law, ongoing transactions and any required record retention.
Questions about your project?
For a business inquiry or policy clarification, contact the STAR KING team. Identify your company, product or order reference and the question you want to resolve. Use a non-confidential summary until a suitable file-sharing or confidentiality arrangement is agreed.
